What building in South Shore & Valley actually involves
We take work beyond the HRM — down the South Shore to Chester, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg, and up the valley toward Windsor, Wolfville and Truro — but only at a scale where the travel makes sense for the way we supervise.
Every project gets one supervisor for its full duration. That is the part clients notice most, and it is only deliverable if we are honest about how far we can spread ourselves.
So if you are outside the HRM and the scope is a genuine addition, a full renovation, a heritage restoration or a new home, we would like to look at it. Lunenburg and Mahone Bay in particular have heritage stock we enjoy working on.
If it is a single bathroom two hours from Halifax, we will tell you honestly that a local builder will serve you better — and we would rather say that at the first phone call than pad a price to cover windshield time.
