Renovating an established home is a sequencing problem as much as a building one. Every trade depends on the one before it, and a single wrong call early — waterproofing before the services are roughed in, tiling before the floors are level — cascades into weeks of rework that somebody has to pay for.
We plan the whole schedule before we start, then hold it. That means the electrician, plumber and plasterer arrive knowing exactly what is waiting for them, and it means we can tell you in advance which weeks will be loud, which weeks you will be without a kitchen, and when you will get it back.
We are also honest about what a renovation cannot fix. If your floor plan is fundamentally wrong, moving the kitchen bench will not solve it, and we will say so during the estimate rather than take your money and let you discover it at handover.
