Commercial fit-outs are won and lost on schedule. Your lease is running, your staff need somewhere to work, and the landlord has rules about noise, loading docks and after-hours access that are not negotiable. The build itself is usually the simple part.
We work backwards from your occupancy date. That means we handle the base-building liaison, book the docks and the lifts, and where necessary run night and weekend shifts so your business keeps trading through the works. On a recent Bayers Lake studio we ran six weeks of night shifts and the client did not lose a single billable day.
We also scope the restoration obligation properly at the start, because the cost of putting the space back at the end of your lease is a number most tenants discover far too late.
