What we build
We deliberately keep our scope tight. Everything below is work we deliver week in, week out with our own supervisors and long-standing trades — not work we subcontract out and hope for the best on.
01 — Additions
Ground-floor additions, second storeys and rear extensions that read as though they were always part of the home. We handle the structural engineering, the HRM permits and the tie-in detailing that makes old and new meet cleanly.
02 — Renovations
Full and partial home renovations where multiple trades have to be sequenced properly. We take responsibility for the whole scope so you are not left project-managing eight subcontractors from your phone.
03 — New Builds
Custom new home construction and teardown rebuilds. We build to architect documentation or coordinate the design ourselves, and we manage every consultant, inspector and trade through to occupancy permit.
04 — Kitchens & Baths
Kitchen and bathroom construction where the waterproofing, slopes and services are done properly the first time. These are the highest-risk rooms in any home, and the ones where cutting corners shows up two years later.
05 — Commercial
Office, retail and hospitality fit-outs delivered around your trading hours and your landlord's conditions. We work to make-good obligations, base-building rules and hard opening dates.
06 — Outdoor
Structural decking, pergolas, carports and outdoor kitchens built to engineering, not to guesswork. Anything raised more than two feet needs a permit and proper footings below the frost line, and we do it properly.
