What building in Fall River & Corridor actually involves
We work the corridor from Waverley and Fall River up through Enfield and Elmsdale, mostly on custom new builds and substantial additions on larger rural lots.
Rural lots change the engineering. Drilled wells, on-site septic and long service runs all have to be resolved before a foundation goes in, and septic in particular is governed by soil conditions that vary lot to lot. We get the site assessment done during the estimate, because a failed percolation test can change where the house sits.
Bedrock and blasting are as common here as in Bedford, and priced the same way — with a test pit first, not an allowance and a hope.
Every project gets one supervisor for its full duration, which is the part clients notice most. That is only deliverable if we are honest about how far we can spread ourselves, so we take work up this corridor at the right scale rather than everything that comes in.
